I had big plans for this weekend, but unfortunately due to very heavy storms it ended up being a weekend spent at the hotel. Most public transportation stopped running, it was very cold, and there was a lot of flooding. I decided to cook an Australian dish for dinner tonight. Rack of lamb with a pesto and mint sauce rub. It turned out to be delicious! Now i’m off to bed!
