Today I woke up bright and early because we were getting to go to the Taronga Zoo. To get to the zoo we took the train to Circular Quay, then took a ferry over to the actual zoo. Once we got off the ferry, we took a cable car up to the top of the zoo and then you work your way down. My friends and I decided we wanted to feed the giraffes, so we were able to give them carrots and take pictures with them. We saw many animals ranging from kangaroos, koalas, sea lions, seals, elephants, tasmanian devils and even platypus’. (which was my favorite by far) We spent most our day at the zoo, then went back to the hotel, got dressed up, and we were off to go to our dinner cruise. We went on the Captain Hook company dinner cruise. The food was great, but the views were even better. We came in from the dinner cruise around 10pm then headed over to Scubar. We quickly found out that Scubar was not the place to be on a Saturday night! There were very few people there, and it was not exciting at all. I decided to head home after our Scubar experience and start catching up on some much needed sleep because the work week was quickly approaching. Time to rest up!
