It’s finally the weekend! Today my friend Martha and I decided to go out and explore. We went to Glebe which is a little area in Sydney near the University. I never realized how confusing the bus system here was and they do not wait for anyone! Unfortunatley we missed our bus, but we eventually made it to the restaurant. We decided to try a Mexican restaurant called Baja Cantina. Great margaritas and queso, but not so great food. After dinner we went next door to Chocolateria San Churro and had amazing fondue. Since it was a friday night and we hadn’t been out to any bars yet we decided to try out Three Wise Monkeys and it was a blast. I met a couple really nice girls from Sydney and the music mix of early 2000’s was fabulous. Destiny’s Child will always have a place in my heart! It was a late evening and now it’s off to bed. We have a long weekend this weekend with it being the Queens birthday on Monday!
